Without objection, it was so ordered. Senators Adams, Taylor, Kerttula offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 11, following "unless": Insert "(1)" Page 2, line 1, following "warranty": Insert "; or (2) the dealer offers to give the buyer a rebate to cover the repair and replacement work that the dealer cannot perform or arrange for within a reasonable distance of the dealer's place of business" Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 105(JUD) am was automatically in third reading.
